Hi, I’m Justin Valley!

I’ve worked as a software trainer and organizational change manager for more than 15 years—but I’ve been passionate about empowering people through education all my life.

A Pittsburgh native and San Diego transplant, I have helped implement large ERP systems for companies all over the globe.

Today I’m taking my expertise online and exploring the power of distance learning through virtual SAP classes and LinkedIn Learning courses.

Ultimately, this is where my enthusiasm lies: at the intersection between teaching and technology.

So when the opportunity arises, I also collaborate with nonprofits to empower local teachers and underprivileged youth through computer programming.

While my work often takes me to the skies—I’ve been fortunate to visit more than 40 countries—I rely on thru-hiking and Australian Rules Football to keep me grounded.

What My Clients Have Said:

In the Summer of 2018 the corporation I work for implemented SAP at the first of nine sites. Justin was part of the 2nd OCM (Organizational Change Management) team we hired to assist with our implementation, since the first group had done such a poor job up to that point and had to be replaced, we had to start from scratch with less than 3 months before our first go-live date. During this short period, Justin became an invaluable member of our team, working late nights and weekends to make sure we were ready by the deadlines set by executives for training and cut-over. Justin and I were responsible for developing and delivering training material to about 90 employees across several departments, which turned out so well our VP decided to make it the global OMS. What set Justin apart was the fact that he really took the time to learn our business and tailor the training material accordingly. He got a crash-course in semiconductor capital equipment manufacturing, and in return he helped me develop my presentation and public speaking skills, coaching me through several mock presentations and training sessions so I was prepared and comfortable when the time came to deliver the hands-on training. We conducted several courses, with audiences ranging from management to direct labor, and with his deep knowledge and experience in hands-on training we were able to successfully deliver on what we were tasked to do: train the company.
